All our meat is free-range, pasture fed, organically and ethically raised. The beef is Angus Hereford and Angus Hereford crosses, called a balancer. The pork is old heritage cross breed, specifically, Berkshire Old Spot Tamworth and Duroc. The chickens are Cornish Cross.
